Under this agreement, your property is granted a complimentary pilot access to the Devout Hospitality Academy mini-course titled “The Power of Words in Luxury Service.” This pilot is designed to allow limited access for internal evaluation purposes.
- Access and Duration: Pilot access is valid for 30 days and limited to a total of 15 learners per property, regardless of job role or position.
- Enrollment: Each learner must individually register using their name and email address to receive personal login credentials and access instructions.
- Participation Requirement: Complimentary participation is provided in exchange for feedback. Learners are required to complete one short assignment and submit a post-course feedback form.
- System and Support: No LMS functionality is included in this pilot. A basic dashboard with learner completion rates will be available to managers.
- Confidentiality: All course materials, links, and data are confidential and may not be shared, distributed, or published outside your property.
- Intellectual Property: All training materials, designs, and digital content remain the intellectual property of Devout Hospitality and are provided solely for the duration of this pilot.
- Logo Display Permission: By consent, Devout Hospitality may display your property’s logo in the “Partner” section of its website as a pilot participant. This can be removed upon request.
- Termination: Devout Hospitality reserves the right to withdraw pilot access at any time in case of misuse or unauthorized sharing of content.
