Welcome to the Devout Hospitality Members Hub (the “Hub”). By subscribing, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which govern your access and use of all materials and resources provided through the Hub.

1. Membership & Subscription

• The Members Hub is a paid subscription service priced at $7 per month (the “Subscription Fee”).

• The subscription is billed automatically each month until canceled.

• Subscription prices may change in the future; however, existing members who maintain an active subscription will keep their original rate.

• If your subscription is canceled and you later choose to rejoin, the current subscription rate at that time will apply.

2. Free Preview Access

• Devout Hospitality may offer a free Members Hub preview (“Preview Access”), allowing limited access to select tools and resources.

• Preview Access has no time limit, but includes only a restricted selection of materials chosen by Devout Hospitality.

• Members may upgrade to full access at any time by subscribing to the paid membership.

• All materials included in the free preview are the intellectual property of Devout Hospitality and are provided for individual professional development use only.

• These materials must not be copied, shared, sold, or distributed in any form.

• Any unauthorized use, duplication, or redistribution of Preview Access materials may result in immediate removal of access and may lead to legal action under applicable UAE law.

3. Access & Content

• A paid subscription grants access to all tools and resources available to date within the Hub.

• New resources are uploaded regularly, typically before the 15th of each month (this schedule may vary).

• All materials are intended for personal or internal business use only and are designed exclusively for subscribed members.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

• All content within the Members Hub — including but not limited to videos, templates, checklists, guides, and documents — is the intellectual property of Devout Hospitality.

• Members may not share, copy, sell, distribute, or reproduce any materials from the Hub, whether in part or in full.

• Any breach of these conditions will result in immediate cancellation of membership and access rights, without refund, and may result in legal action as per UAE law.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

• Access to the Hub will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

• Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds are offered for partial months or unused time.

6. Modifications & Updates

• Devout Hospitality reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions, membership features, or pricing at any time.

• Any significant changes will be communicated to active members in advance via email or platform notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

• All resources and materials are provided for educational and professional development purposes only.

• Devout Hospitality shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the provided materials.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or subscribing to the Members Hub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
