Service: Complimentary Training Needs Assessment (“Service”)
Location: Inside Devout Hospitality Members Hub
1. Scope of Service
Devout Hospitality provides a complimentary Training Needs Assessment (TNA) designed to evaluate the training requirements of the Client’s Front Office or Restaurant Service team. The purpose of this assessment is to identify skill gaps, performance challenges, and development opportunities to support future training planning.
This complimentary service is part of the Members Hub offering and is available on a first come, first served basis, limited to five (5) complimentary assessments per month.
2. Deliverables
The complimentary Training Needs Analysis includes:
A digital survey tailored to Front Office or Restaurant Service operations.
Collection and analysis of survey responses.
A summary report outlining key findings, skill gaps, and development recommendations.
A personalized proposal suggesting a custom learning solution based on the findings.
3. Participation Requirements
3.1. The recommended minimum number of participants is ten (10) team members for reliable and accurate data analysis.
3.2. Clients are responsible for ensuring team members complete the survey within the allotted timeframe.
3.3. Assessments with fewer than 10 responses may result in limited insights or cancellation at Devout Hospitality’s discretion.
4. Terms of Execution
4.1. Upon request submission through the Members Hub, Devout Hospitality will share a survey link within 24 hours.
4.2. Clients must specify whether the survey will be conducted for the Front Office or Restaurant Service team.
4.3. Participants will have 3 days to complete the survey. Upon written request, this period may be extended by 2 additional days.
4.4. Devout Hospitality will send one reminder email before the survey expires.
4.5. A minimum of 80% of the declared participants must complete the survey for a report to be issued.
4.6. If response rates remain below 80% after expiration, the Service will be cancelled, and the Client may reapply in a future availability cycle if slots permit.
4.7. The summary report will be completed within 3 working days after the survey closes and minimum responses are received.
4.8. Reports will be provided in digital read-only format via the Members Hub.
5. Client Responsibilities
Ensure relevant team members participate in the survey and complete it on time.
Provide accurate and complete information in all submitted forms.
Review the report findings and submit a feedback form within 3 days of receipt.
6. Confidentiality
All data collected through the Training Needs Analysis will remain strictly confidential and used solely for assessment purposes. Individual survey responses will not be shared without prior written consent from the Client. Aggregated data may be used anonymously for industry benchmarking or research purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Training Needs Analysis is a diagnostic tool intended to guide training strategy and decision-making. The accuracy and impact of the findings depend on the honesty and completeness of participant responses.
Devout Hospitality shall not be held liable for any business, operational, or personnel decisions made based on the assessment results.
8. Service Availability
This complimentary Service is limited to five (5) Clients per month, offered on a first come, first served basis. Once the monthly limit is reached, additional requests will be scheduled for the following month.
9. Duration and Expiry
Each complimentary Training Needs Analysis is valid for a period of seven (7) working days from the date of activation. Any extensions, additional analysis, or follow-up services fall outside the complimentary scope and may be subject to a separate paid agreement.
10. Modifications
Devout Hospitality reserves the right to modify or discontinue this complimentary service at any time. Any updates to these Terms will be posted within the Members Hub.
