Terms of Pilot Proposal
Welcome to Devout Hospitality! These Terms of Pilot Proposal Service (“Terms”) govern the use of our e-learning consulting services and other services, provided within this proposal. By accessing or using any of our services, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms.
1. Overview of Services
Devout Hospitality provides the following services to selected businesses within the Pilot Proposal on complimentary basis:
Training Needs Analysis Survey (TNA): A complimentary evaluation to identify Client training requirements.
Product Knowledge Learning Videos offer: E-learning videos tailored to one specific training topic.
2. Training Needs Analysis Survey
2.1. Scope of Service:
As part of the Pilot Proposal, Devout Hospitality will provide a complimentary Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Survey to assess the training needs of the Client’s Front Office or Restaurant Service team. The survey is designed to identify skill gaps, performance challenges, and development opportunities.
2.2. Deliverables:
A digital survey tailored to Front Office or Restaurant Service operations.
Collection and analysis of survey responses.
A summary report detailing key findings, identified skill gaps, and training recommendations.
2.3. Terms of Execution:
The survey link will be shared with the Client within 24 hours after Client registers online at www.devouthosptality.com/tna and submits a brief form stating which team will take part in the Survey and how many team members will respond.
The complimentary survey is available for either the Front Office or F&B service team. The Client must specify their selection in the brief form.
Participants will have 3 days to complete the survey. Upon Client’s request, the survey link’s validity can be extended for an additional 2 days.
Devout Hospitality will send one reminder email before the survey link expires.
Minimum of 80% of total number of participants stated in the brief form by the Client are required to submit their responses in order for TNA report to be issued.
If response rates remain below 80% after the Survey Link expires, the TNA Report will not be issued due to insufficient data for accurate and reliable analysis. Client will be notified of the same by Devout Hospitality.
Data analysis and report generation will be completed within 3 working days after the survey closes and minimum amount of responses are submitted.
The Report will be sent in a digital reed-only format available at Devout Hospitality website.
2.4. Client Responsibilities:
Ensure relevant team members participate in the survey.
Oversee the completion of the survey within the agreed timeframe.
Fill up a feedback form to review findings and recommendations.
2.5. Confidentiality:
All collected data will remain confidential and will be used solely for the purpose of assessing training needs. Individual responses will not be disclosed without prior consent.
2.6. Limitation of Liability:
Devout Hospitality provides the TNA Survey Service as a diagnostic tool for identifying training needs. The accuracy and effectiveness of recommendations depend on the completeness and honesty of survey responses. Devout Hospitality shall not be held liable for any decisions made by the Client based on survey findings.
2.7. Duration & Expiry:
The complimentary TNA Survey Service is available only for the duration of the agreed Pilot Proposal. Any additional analysis or follow-up services beyond this scope may be subject to a separate agreement and associated fees.
3. Product Knowledge videos
The Tailored Product Knowledge Videos service as a part of complimentary Pilot Proposal by Devout Hospitality is a specialized offering designed to provide targeted online training content on one (1) chosen topic as specified by the Client. For restaurants, this may include one menu item; for hotels, one room type. By accepting the Pilot Proposal, the Client agrees to the following terms:
3.1. Scope of Service
Each video focuses solely on the topic selected by the Client during the briefing process (form submission).
The learning content is created using stock videos and materials provided by the Client. No onsite videography is included in this service.
The number of videos for this service is determined by the scope and complexity of agreed-upon topic. Video length can vary depending on the subject and volume of provided materials, but be from one (1) to five (5) minutes long.
3.2. Ownership and Usage Rights
The Client retains ownership of the finalized video(s).
Videos are licensed for internal use only and may not be shared, sold, or distributed outside the Client’s organization.
3.3. Amendments
This service does not include complimentary amendments after the project is completed.
Changes are possible only at the phase of scripts review and must be approved by the Client before video content production.
Any requested script changes post production will incur a fee determined by the scope of work required and agreed with the Client.
3.4. Workflow and Client Responsibilities
The Client is required to:
Complete and submit the brief form provided by Devout Hospitality after TNA survey service is completed.
Provide all necessary materials and information as requested for the development of the training content. Timely submission of the brief and required information is essential to meet project deadlines. Scripts are developed within three (3) working days after all materials are submitted by the Client.
Review and approve all learning scripts withing 3 (days) upon receiving.
The estimate video content production time is one (1) week from the time all scripts are approved and accepted by the Client.
3.5. Distribution and Monitoring
This service does not include access to any Learning Management System (LMS).
The Client is solely responsible for distributing the video(s) and monitoring the learning progress of their employees.
3.6. No Guarantees of Results
Devout Hospitality does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the use of these videos. The effectiveness of the training depends on the Client’s distribution & training methods, as well as various factors like employee engagement and individual learners abilities.
GENERAL TERMS
4. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
Materials and analyses are intended for informational purposes only and must not be redistributed, sold, or otherwise used for commercial purposes.
All customized content created for the Client is licensed for internal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed to external entities.
Content ownership resides with the Client, subject to restrictions outlined in these Terms.
5. Personal Data Collection and Use
5.1 Devout Hospitality collects personal information from Clients to deliver its services. This includes, but is not limited to:
Names, email addresses, and company details provided during project initiation.
5.2 Personal data will only be used for service delivery, communication, and internal record-keeping.
5.3 Devout Hospitality adheres to applicable data protection laws and ensures the secure handling of all personal information within the third party platforms used to provide services.
5.4 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of service delivery.
6. Liability
6.1 Devout Hospitality will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of unpaid or paid services.
6.2 The Client takes full responsibility for the implementation and proper use of all materials and content provided.
6.3 Devout Hospitality is committed to providing high-quality services, paid or unpaid.
6.4 All projects will be delivered according to agreed-upon deadlines, provided that the Client submits all required materials on time.
7. Marketing & Portfolio Rights
The Client grants Devout Hospitality the right to reference the Client’s name and/or logo in marketing materials, case studies, and portfolio displays, including but not limited to Devout Hospitality Website, Social Media, Presentations. This usage will be for promotional purposes only and will not disclose confidential information. If the Client wishes to revoke this permission, they must notify Devout Hospitality in writing at info@devouthospitality.com
8. Amendments to Terms
8.1 Devout Hospitality reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
8.2 Changes will be communicated to Clients and will only apply to future engagements unless otherwise agreed upon.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of Sharjah courts.
